Dr.Alireza Bayat, PhD, PEng

Dr. Bayat has an extensive background in geotechnical engineering and leads research at the IRRF. His expertise in road infrastructure has lead to research in a number of areas, including mechanistic-empirical pavement design, development and characterization of road materials and pavement performance for cold regions, and winter road maintenance.
